So as many of you know from reading about my yard sale finds.... I got a much wanted breadmachine. However, it did not come with a manual. So I found a great simple to follow article about breadmachines on the Hillbilly Housewife. I made a small loaf to just see if the machine worked properly the other day (and it does) so now for a good loaf of bread..... yippeee! The HBHW also has several good recipes for bread in the breadmachine..... the basic is what I started with the other day.
I do not have bread flour on hand so I used the all-purpose flour instead..... I think my next big shopping day will include some bread flour to see how the difference is. I'll post pics later in the day!
I lost all of the Pics...... hit the wrong button and they are deleted! Ughhh! will try next time!
